About this mod Machine translation

Undead plugin that creates drinkable skill potions from black souls.

This is actually a simplified mod, I decided to support this idea because it is easy to make, and to thank the modders who generously supported me.

What to do?

First, it requires the undead to work, since the potion is tied to turning into a lich.

Once one becomes one, potions can be crafted on custom necromancy altars provided by the undead.

Each potion requires a filled black soul gem, as well as 2 other ingredients, depending on the skill of the potion.

Potions just increase the specified skill by 1 point, just like books, but fine potions and potions.

Remember, potions need to be refined and drunk.

I've also made a few other changes to the way the Altar of the Dead works,

The first is that the altar no longer requires the use of enchantment skills to use 100,

The second is that the crafting option is no longer available to improve Enchanting skills, but will be added to Alchemy instead. (I do this because a handcrafted potion (or any other handcrafted undead item) can increase the enchanted skill to 20 points per item, and while that may be the appropriate skill, it's too much, and apparently there's no way to control this).

Install:

Priority is higher than Undeath, which usually means priority is lower than load order.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
