Makes quest lines in the Undead mod start more naturally.
I’m sure many of you have heard of Antioch08’s Mod Undeath. It adds a questline that involves stopping the lich's emergence and offers the chance to become one's own self. However, although the questline doesn't start until level 30, it just suddenly shows up in the log without warning.
I discovered this incredible breakout myself, so I made this plugin to "fix" it. With this addon, the Undeath quest line will start with a letter from Illia, which is sent after completing the quest "Repent" and the usual level 30, instead of being thrown at you.
Obviously this requires Undead, and from what I understand the Lich Overhaul should work properly. The addon will work fine as long as it doesn't affect the first mission in Undead.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
