Simple and straightforward; this mod replaces two effects meshes with empty files:
"fxambsnowblowingdrifttip.nif" and "fxambsnowblowingplane.nif". So you will never see this ugly effect anywhere again. -Requirements-None! - Compatibility - This will replace the previously mentioned meshes (not textures), but from what I can see,
