About this mod Machine translation
This is a small tweak that prevents you from using carriages and ferries when not all capital cities have been discovered.
So what does this mod do?
If you have not discovered all the major cities, you are not allowed to use any carriages and ferries. That's Whiterun, Solitude, Malkas, Forres, Rift, Windhelm, Winterhold,
Dawnstar and Motar.
When you've found them all, you can use the carriage/ferry as normal.
But if you haven't yet, the carriage driver will say, "No, I don't think so." A message will pop up telling you that not all major cities have been discovered yet.
