Copy the islesofvolgonITA.esp file to the Skyrim Data folder:

C: Program file (x86) Steam offmapps common skyrim data

To uninstall it, delete it.

Manual activation/deactivation

Launch Skyrim via Steam and select "Data Files",

Click

The checkbox next to islesofvolgonITA.esp

Note: The converted file must be loaded after the original file.

Then starting from the top the file order must be:

islesofvolgon.esp，islesofvolgonITA.esp
