About this mod Machine translation
This is a small to medium mission(ish) model. There are no active quests in the mod, so there are no notes on what to do next, no quest markers, and you are free to do whatever you see fit at the moment. Everything is dialogue-based, so you have to listen to the (mostly) voice-over characters.
This is a small to medium mission(ish) model. There are no active quests in the mod, so there are no notes on what to do next, no quest markers, and you are free to do whatever you see fit at the moment. Everything is dialogue-based, so you have to listen to the (mostly) voice-over characters. New locations and new unique characters are included in the mod. The mod's missions take you across the map, solving a Dwyer dungeon full of difficult enemies and a puzzle to rescue new friends or possible enemies. . . Or find out who the Beggar Prince really is and why he's out of luck in the basement? The Underground is the center of a somewhat murky world filled with unique character interactions. (Such as the trembling island.)
This is a collection of small tasks merged into one entity. Typically, task lines can interact with each other as long as you also know the previous thread that led to this point. The ultimate goal of this mod is to build a larger mod later this year so feedback would be very useful at this stage so I can correct any mistakes for the larger mod. Since this is still a beta(ish) mod all map locations have been discovered so feel free to go wherever and report back if there are any bugs along the way!
This mod is fairly complete and just needs some male or female voice actors to record some dialogue to fully complete the mod. Because I don’t have a female voice right now. If you're interested in naming some characters, drop me a line!
No DLC required.
Spoilers for the event:
one. Go down to the basement and talk to everyone and get a feel for what you want to do.
- The Beggar Prince will drop you off at his home, where a character will be waiting for you. Then head to the nearest cave and explore that area. Finally go to the last hole and find the section just north of the original hole. I would say do this first to relax.
three. Bruiser will send you to Dwyer's Cave to kill those who tricked him. If you talk to them, they will tell you to visit the crows and spare them. What I want to say is do the second thing.
Four. The houses with mud crabs and skooma addicts are very separate, so you can do this anytime.
- You can visit this cove at any time, but I would base it on the Bruiser Line event as that will lead you to the Crow.
- There is a small quest to go to a house near Whitelawn. It sticks out like a sore thumb, I'll do this one after meeting the crow, otherwise there's no point.
- All locations are marked so you can get to any place quickly. I'd like to revise this in the final version once I have more voice actors to complete the cast
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
