Function

Added over 700 new map markers to existing locations:

Skyrim: Over 470 locations, including hard-to-find skill books, camps, dungeon exits, important locations, and more

Dawnguard: Over 130 locations, including the fast-travel world map Forgotten Valley and Soul Cairns

Black Drop: Over 25 locations, including a world map with fast travel Black Drop

Dragonborn: Over 80 locations, including gem veins

All locations are enabled and discoverable by default

Millions of location combinations can be configured using the setup guide in the Streamwood Trading Store

The location is displayed by default and can be set to Undiscovered or Discovered, or the location can be deleted.

Every location can be shown on the compass

20 mission-related locations are only displayed after the mission starts

All mine names are embedded with corresponding ore types

Introduction

Exploration is a big part of Skyrim, and many locations are difficult to discover and easy to miss. This mod adds hundreds of map markers to help you discover treasure maps, altars, dragon mounds, camps, animal lairs, cemeteries, skill books, and other unique locations across Skyrim, all in world space.

Setup Guide

Use the installation guide to add or remove additional locations to further customize your gaming experience. You can configure individual locations, a group of locations, or treat all locations as a group. All locations can be edited and mixed as you like. The setup guide is located on the fireplace in the Brookwood Trading Shop. To make setup easier, all locations have been divided into groups. For ease of operation, additional locations, primary or secondary, are not included in the guide. The script for setting up the guide only runs when the guide is activated and does not store any settings in the background.

Troubleshooting

Q: Blackfall, Soul Cairns, or Forgotten Valley appear on the world map in Skyrim.

Answer: Other Mods have edited the world space, please move the loading order of this Mod down.

Q: Will you add MCM menu?

A: Maybe, but I have no plans now.

Q: The Skyrim interface gave me an error message when I opened the map menu.

Answer: The map is not compatible with the map search function of the Skyrim interface. To coexist, open the Mcm menu/Advanced/Swf version check and uncheck it.

Q: There are no options after opening the setup guide.

Answer: The script did not load correctly.

Question: After fast traveling to an added location in the city, I end up in a strange spot with no buildings.

Answer: You have installed an incorrect version of Open City. Reinstall this mod to fix it.
