About this mod Machine translation
This mod adds a new shop called the "Swamp Merchant" to the rear exterior of the city of Windhelm, designed to be a one-stop shop for ingredients, rarities, soul gems, and hearthfire materials
Meet the Water Walk; merchants, alchemists, spell traders, hedgehogs and buyers of rare and exotic items!
This mod adds a new shop called "Marsh Merchant" behind Windhelm. The store is basically a purveyor of rare and exotic items, as well as a one-stop shop for crafting and hearthfire building materials.
Did you join vampires and miss the cool Dawnguard spell, or what about a vampire hood? Have you ever wanted to wear cool Jarl outfits, but couldn't because they are always a necessity? What if you want to seamlessly continue working on Hearthhouse without having to travel back and forth between towns and just need to find 2 Iron Ingots and 5 Raw Glass? Have you accumulated a large collection of stolen items but don't want to join a thieves' guild to get rid of them? Fret no more, Marsh Merchant will basically be your one-stop shop for everything.
All rare ingredients, advanced potions, hearthfire materials, rare/unobtainable clothes and spells in the base game and all 3 DLCs. The store will also be updated regularly with new armor and weapons from mods from open source and/or modder sources, so keep an eye out for updates.
Word of warning, due to the "illegal" nature of the Water Walk shop, he is not affiliated with Windheim or its criminal system, but he has his own Dremora security guard at his side, level 80, ready to kill anyone who becomes an attacker.
Version 1.0 includes (in addition to the above); 1 new armor set [Stros M'kai Armor] and new modified spell [Vivec's Kiss]. Even the pretentious Vorpal blades are for sale here, although be prepared to pay a hefty price for them!

Install
Place the .esp and .bsa into the skyrim/data folder. Open the selected launcher or module manager and activate it.
Also, make sure to unzip the .rar at least once in order to manually add the Dremora Security Guard's facegen data (I kind of forgot to package it into the .bsa) Done!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
