It's been a while since I've made a katana, so here we go.
There are 3 versions of the sword in the mod: straight, slightly curved and more curved. They can all be crafted in the forge.
The sword pattern is 4096x1024 (2K), and the scabbard is 4096x512 (1.5K). Original 4K textures are available as optional files.

Install
Manual installation: Extract the files and copy to your Data folder. Activate the .esp in Skyrim Launcher or Wrye Bash.
Vortex installation: Click the Mod Manager Install button and Vortex will do the rest.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
