This mod uses techniques that are more thorough than typical eye mods. It layers the mesh to solve visual bugs commonly encountered with other mods. Therefore, RaceMenu's Sculpt Import cannot cover these eyes unless the imported mesh has at least two eye meshes (excluding heterochromia). Keep this in mind before reporting mismatched eye problems.

Starsight is a standalone eye model that I made using techniques I've been experimenting with over the past year. It comes in 51 different eye colors to choose from, including gender and all/elf races. 14 is the regular eye color (which may one day become a replacement), and 37 is the different levels of "magic" eye color. All textures are 1K.
This mod is also a proof of concept in some ways. All eyes use two meshes stacked on top of each other to achieve certain visual effects. One of the main benefits of this approach is that it renders the eyes correctly (similar to the hair/hairline mesh of the person who used them before). For clarity, I've made a diagram (below) that will hopefully explain what's going on behind the scenes.
There are four types of eyes in this mod:
Regular - The realistic eyes you usually find in eye models.
Glow - Self-explanatory.
Pulsing - Same as glowing, except they brighten and dim over time.
Sparkle - Sparkle eyes slightly brighten and darken. There are only two.
Color - a set of experimental eyes. These six eyes change color over time. They don't look the same in RaceMenu.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
