I'm sure everyone will recognize this character. I don't know much about her other than seeing her in a bunch of fighting games. So here she is! I made her a ninja who could occasionally throw a rocket. Her followers are not open because there are no resources that I can find/use. Most of her story seems to revolve around her eventual husband Andy, but in this universe they never meet, so I just took her story and personality out of the game.
