Note that the crown now has a protection rating that can be improved on the bench. New version 1.2 allows you to use Snow Elf bows, arrows and shields.
A standalone version of my Snow Elf mod, you only need the Elf Smith perk to craft the entire armor in the forge, and the crown now has an armor rating, allowing you to improve it at the workbench like a normal helmet.
To install use mod manager or unzip it and put it into data folder and activate via launcher in data options. New version 1.2 allows you to use Snow Elf bows, arrows and shields.
