About this mod Machine translation
Have you ever wondered why it takes 100 hits to kill someone but 30 more? Ever been angry that a "boss" had 10x the health of a normal variant? Then this mod is for you! ! ! This mod changes 5,099 NPC templates, projectile speed, level progression, HP removal option when leveling up (selected), NPC HP/level removal +5.
describe:
Well, this mod can change the feel of the game. This will be fatal. You'll die a lot, and then you'll die some more. The damage you take and the damage your enemies take have been edited for realism and immersion. You can no longer hit an enemy 100 times with almost no damage to their health. The health of all NPCs has been normalized. Some NPCs will have larger health points. For example, a dragon will have 750 health (vs. ~1000 vanilla). But this is the most powerful enemy in the game. Most enemies have less than 110 health, and all humanoids (elves, orcs, Khajiit, Nords, Britons, Imperials, Redguards, and Argons) have 100 health. Weapon damage hasn't been modified yet, so killing a humanoid at level 1 will take about 5-6 hits, while in One-Handed it will take 2-3 hits when fully leveled.
Detailed changes:
Arrow damage has returned to normal at 12dmg (at level 1).
Arrow speed and descent will vary based on the type of arrow you use.
All character classes have been changed to increase health levels but not other health levels.
The maximum percentage of block damage reduction increased to 100%. (For some reason still doesn't block 100% of incoming damage...)
Removed health option (optional) when leveling up as a player.
Sprint cost multiplier changed from 7 to 3
Upgrade experience is required after upgrading. Progress is roughly the same, but the total experience required is reduced from level 99 to level 100, a reduction of about 600 points.
Edited all 5,099 character templates to remove health offsets.
Edited special NPC perks grant extra damage and health.
Arrow speed and fireball/ice spikes increased by ~110%.
Edited race starting health for all races with more than 100 starting health.
Added optional long sword replacer. (Orcs, Empire, Iron, Steel, Silver, Forsworn, Elves and Dwarves.)
Added support for all DLC
Dragon health increased to 750
Added a Tangang Adventure Company to the east of Whiterun (optional)
Disable Kill-Cams for a more immersive and skill-based combat experience. (optional)
Added optional mod for downgrading item lists, allowing players to purchase premium items from level 1+
Added optional mod for higher merchant gold.
Install:
Just install via NMM :)
My setup:
It is recommended to use it skillfully, because it does not affect the damage value of NPC to players and players to NPC.
Placing location corruption after SCRO in the plugin list seems to fix location corruption. I've had weird accidents before with SCRO and damage to the location.

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Installing this mod into a save area with heavy exploration capabilities may cause problems. In my testing, if your save game has some enemies loaded, those enemies will have no health whatsoever before the mod is installed. It is recommended that you start a new game. All newly spawned enemies will have the appropriate health points that have not been spawned yet.

Make sure SCRO-Base.esm is above SCRO-DLC in the loading order. For some reason, when installing, it automatically loads SCRO-Base.esm last... What a hassle! ! !
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________please
Note that many mods may have this MOD issue. This MOD changes every NPC and race. Therefore, any mods that improve NPCs and/or races must be higher in the load order. Even then it still doesn't work.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
