describe
These mods now allow you to have jobs. You can become an employee and get paid for your tasks. You'll start with 5 gold per mission (most missions are one hour long). After completing 100 tasks, you will be promoted and have 5 gold added to your salary. There are 5 promotions. You start with Beginner (5 gold per mission) and go to Apprentice (10 gold per mission), Journeyman (15 gold per mission), Expert (20 gold per mission) and Master (25 gold per mission) which are the highest promotions. You can have any of the following jobs. If you want to create a mod that uses Jobs, please download the Modding Guide to help understand how my files work. If you don't have Microsoft Excel and want to check out the game's guide, you can download LibreOffice, which is a free alternative to Microsoft Office. If you want the Skyrim Special Edition it's here. If you play Oblivion also check out my Oblivion Jobs.
If you plan on using Jobs Dawnguard & Jobs Dragonborn, be sure to download and use the Jobs Fishing Patch to ensure you are able to fish in all outside areas of Skyrim.
If you use my Needs mod and Jobs, you will need to download the Jobs and Needs Patch from here. Also check out my Jobs Lodging mod.

alchemy
You can now go to Alchemist and get an alchemy job. You get the ingredients from the boss and they tell you what potion to make. You then go to the alchemy lab to make potions and give them to the boss for payment.
forging
You can now forge weapons, armor and improve weapons and armor as a job. Talk to the blacksmith about the job. Every blacksmith offers forging jobs, but not all jobs offer better jobs. In the blacksmithing job, you need to obtain materials from the boss, who will tell you what to forge. Once you have forged 10 items or 240 ammo. Then give the item to the boss for payment. During improvement work, you will be given a weapon or armor that you need to improve at the whetstone or workbench. Once you've improved the items, give them to your boss for payment.
Chop Wood&Sawmill
You can now chop firewood on any sawmill wooden cutting board and cut wood in the sawmill. You got the lumberjack ax from the boss. Then you go to the wood chopping board and chop 10 logs and then pay your boss, or get to the sawmill and put the wood into the saw band and then pull the lever and wait for the log to be sawed in half and talk to the boss about paying. To find a sawmill, ask the innkeeper for nearby sawmills.
cooking
You can now become a hotel chef. Talk to the innkeeper and they will give you the ingredients and tell you what to make. Then go to the cooking pot to cook it and give it to the shopkeeper for payment.
agriculture
You can now plant and harvest crops from fields. Talk to the farmer to get the job. Just pick the crops from the fields and return them to the farmers. To find a farm, ask the shopkeeper for nearby farms.
fishing
A unique job unlike other jobs, you are self-employed and don't need a boss. Go buy a fishing rod or make one and pull it close to the water (not in it) and when it says fish are nibbling, catch the fish by pulling the rod away. You can sell fish at any trader that accepts fish. Some fish are more valuable than others. More expensive fish are more difficult to catch.
mining
You can now mine ore. Talk to the mine owner about the job. Once you find a job, you're given a pickaxe that you can mine for ore and hand it over to your boss for payment. To find work, ask nearby miners for any nearby mines.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
