Introduction
Hello everyone! English is not my native language, but I hope you can understand what I am writing. In the past few months (since October 2012) I didn't have time to work on the mod, but (now) I'm back and trying to implement all the requests I found in the comments section.
Let me say I'm honored that so many people have downloaded my mod so far and obviously love it - I never thought I'd get more clicks. For the future, I hope you guys have a lot of fun playing Skyrim - with my mod or without it.

Auto Installer:SkyJubs Invisible Helmets
As of March 10th, there is an automatic installer for my mod online. It's now the only file in the main files section, so it's easy to find ;) It should guide you through the installation process step by step, so everything should be self-explanatory. The automatic installer includes all major versions and all plugins I've made so far. If you don't use Mod Manager or just don't want to use the automatic installer, you'll have to select the old separate file as before.
What does this mod do?
So this mod hides selected helmets (bandanas, hats, masks...) from Skyrim vanilla if you wear them as a Skyrim character. The entire main mod is fully compatible with all three official expansions (Dawnguard, Hearthfire, Dragonborn) and, as far as I know, popular mods from other users.
"SkyJubs Invisible Helmets" are available in many different versions and can be easily customized using the automatic installer. The most important difference between the versions is the "aesthetic" and "vanilla" modes.
Aesthetic mode allows you to wear circles on your stealth helmet, while vanilla mode (equivalent to Skyrim vanilla) doesn't allow you to do this. Beyond that, there are four different main versions that can hide some helmet sets or even specific headgear.
If I missed any helmets, just post them in the comments section and I'll update the file as soon as possible. Please make sure you put down the correct game name in the helmet so I can quickly find it in the Creation Kit.

Separate main mod file for version 1.5
For installation without the automatic installer, you must choose between four main mods. Please use only one of them at a time. You can find them in the main mod files section. Also note that for files detached at this time, only version 1.5 can be used.
The four main mod versions are:
SkyJubs_Invisible_Helmets_Eng_Main_AllHeaddress: Hide all helmets, masks, hats, hats and crowns in Skyrim vanilla.
SkyJubs_Invisible_Helmets_Eng_Main_OnlyHelmets: Only hides Skyrim vanilla helmets and masks, but not hoods, hats and crowns.
SkyJubs_Invisible_Helmets_Eng_Main_OnlyFullHelmets: Hides only Skyrim vanilla's helmets, which cover the character's entire face.
SkyJubs_Invisible_Helmets_Eng_Main_ModularKit: Customize your own helmet with 101 different ESP files to hide.
If you want to hide several helmets that were added with the Dawnguard and/or Dragonborn expansions, you must download and install the Dawnguard and/or Dragonborn-Plugin. If you use the modular kit, you don't need to install my Dawnguard/Dragonborn-Plugins, as Dawnguard and Dragonborn-Helmets are included in the package as separate ESP files (see the modular kit's readme for details).
Additionally, this mod does not have many of the previous "helmetless" glitches - with it it is possible to wear multiple helmets at once (the "vanilla dropped helmet glitch" was also corrected). However, since this is all about aesthetics, with all major mod versions (except the modular kit) you can wear a circle plus a worn (but invisible) helmet or mask …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
