Incompatibility

This is a stand-alone replacement for the Scenic Car and the Real Car.

Logically, you can't run them at the same time, just like you can't run them both at the same time. Saving after using either of these is unlikely to work properly.

SAVING

It's generally a good idea to save after each trip and any time you leave the carriage. The trip was quite long and resource intensive. There are places on the road where it doesn't work reliably, but the same save will be reloaded.
