What exactly does this mod do?
All this mod does is create a new package for use by Serana. It's attached to her mental model. Otherwise, it basically functions exactly like any other spouse using Campfire, but now also works with Serana.
The only real difference between this mod and how Campfire works with other spouses is that Serana can be attached to you until you are married. The conditions are:
If Serana is part of PlayerMarriedFaction or PlayerCourtingFaction (this mod is pre-emptively added for future functionality).
If you installed Amorous Adventures and completed the quest line Chasing Echoes.
If you have Serana Dialogue Edit installed, Serana will stick by your side if your relationship value is greater than or equal to 50 (which she really appreciates). If it's below 50, she won't snuggle up to you. This applies whether you're single, married, proposing (yet to go through) or have finished catching up. This value overrides all other conditions.
This mod has been specifically configured to work with AFT, no patches required. Initial testing using EFF does not appear to require a patch. I need to test it with a new game, but after installing it without any modifications to this mod or EFF, it seems to work fine. It would be great if someone who uses EFF regularly could confirm this.
You don't need Amorous Adventures, Serana Dialogue Edit, AFT, EFF or anything else to use this mod, only the latest Skyrim with USLEEP and Chesko's Campfire-Complete Camping System to use it.
Install
Install the mod as normal, due to the dynamic nature of interacting with the mod the loading order doesn't matter as the only real dependencies are the esm files. As with any mod, you should probably do a clean save beforehand. However, once installed, save the game again and reload immediately after, you do not need to restart Skyrim, just reload immediately after saving the game. The mod's main script only fires after it becomes part of the game and is started via the OnPlayerLoadGame event.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.

- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
