About this mod Machine translation

Added and replaced via .esp, except Septim Steel Imperial Armor shield to Skyrim MnF

What it does:

  • Will replace (via .esp file) the Imperial Medium Armor and modify the Steel Imperial Boots with new boots that look the same but different.
  • If necessary, you can replace the "actual Imperial Shield Net" (Imperial Trooper Net) in the "Data" folder with a spare.
  • The game will use HEAVY armor named Imperial Steel Armor and light bracers named "Imperial Steel Gauntlets" and heavy armor named "Imperial" (default helmet) to replace "Heavy Armor" (medium armor, default is "Imperial"). The Steel Helm heavy armor and the shield commonly known as the Imperial Steel Shield were renamed the Imperial Steel Shield and were also heavily armored.
  • Skyrims debuts light imperial and "medium" armor using pretty much the same armor: (so the light armor looks the same as the others and the gauntlets look like, the medium armor is now the heavy armor and the heavy armor is still there :) Same with the tulilis armor he's still there too :)

5.The weight and name of the armor comes from Morrowind of Uesp, now answer some basics :)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
