Sea Cottage: A simple and no frills home on the coast of Dovakin.
This free home is located on the north coast, not far from Ravenscar Hollow, where you'll see the Sea of Ghosts, so you'll have unobstructed views. Requires Skyrim, updated ESM.
The hut comes with all the crafting and smelting. It has tons of storage and containers to suit your needs.
They work great if you have Tricolor's Prometheus Wave Mod and a seagull around.
Not a big place for loners or a small retinue. Great place to relax after the carnage.
