Make Salma of Ironbind Barrow meet the follower.
After meeting Salma and Beem-Ja and walking through the cave with them,
Once resolved, when talking to Salma at the end of the dungeon, her dialogue will revert to normal dialogue and you can ask her to follow you.
BUGS：
Salma will repeat her ending dialogue every time a save is loaded, but she will only repeat the dialogue the first time you speak to her after loading a save. (hopefully fixed later)
**She does not follow when in the cave** To fix this, select her in the console, leave the cave and enter the following console command:

moveto player
resurrect
