About this mod Machine translation

A slowing enchantment mod with special effects of rotating and floating magic circles! It also comes with another enchantment effect, the original Frozen Dragon Roar ice cube effect, which can freeze the former’s magic circle~~

-------Casual talk--------

After searching the whole page, there is no mod that is used solely for slowing down! The original frost enchantment feels ineffective! Crossbow enthusiasts are in tears! Shenma games all have game modes that focus on slowing down, right? T T

I will use CK in a few months. Take a look, all the freezing enchantments in the original version have 50% slowdown! Then I tested it countless times and found that it was affected by enchanting. The final actual effect was a slowdown value of 12.5, and the effect lasted for 3 seconds. . . After a heavy blow, it's over after you stand up. It's a trap. . .

So I simply re-wrote a slowdown enchantment using ck. . Independent of the original enchantment, you can slow down the enemy and do whatever you want, which is great (the original version paralyzes, freezes, knocks down, attacks the enemy with special effects, and then shoots with a crossbow, the enemy will fly directly...)

After I conceived the idea, I used 3dmax to make the magic circle, but I couldn’t import it and was confused. Fortunately, I found a tutorial from a master~~. This is a simple magic circle experiment for the time being. I want to draw a huge magic circle group! For example, zoom in on the distant view of the Platinum Tower and throw a huge magic circle on the top of the tower that can be seen by all of Tamriel!

In addition to the magic circle, there is also a special effect of the Frozen Dragon Roar that I took out and made a slowing enchantment ~ and it does not add magic resistance or armor to the opponent. All the effects are slowing down and lasts for 80 seconds, without adding damage.

------Be sure to read below! Comes with analysis of the original slowdown enchantment ------

*The enchanting mechanism is to reduce the speedmult value. After I set the value to "full level 100 enchanting + full perk + no bonus", the speed will be 97. When choosing to enchant other items after disassembly, directly press e to determine the slider of 00 and use the extra large soul stone if it falls under the above conditions. If your enchanting skill is above 100 at the time, or there is an enchantment bonus, the slider must be selected to be less than 100 when enchanting to slow down the enchantment. Otherwise, when applied to an enemy with a speedmult of 100, the deceleration will be invalid because it is reduced to a negative number (this is the game mechanism...)

*When using my slowdown enchantment, don’t use any slowdown. For example, after using the slowdown magic circle, using slowdown freezing will freeze the magic circle. The effect is good-looking, but the slowdown is too large and it will be ineffective. For example, the partial slowdown of the ordinary skill overhaul and the original frost enchantment slowdown. Solution: Use the slider to determine the deceleration value when enchanting. For example, the original frost acceleration is 12, and when enchanting, set it to 80.

*The second trouble caused by the game mechanism is that non-human races (such as the ghoul tree spirit mammoth) use movetype (MOVT column) to determine the movement speed, so this MOD can only add halo effects or freezing effects without obvious slowdown. To achieve enchantment type slowdown, it is equivalent to temporarily changing the movetype of the opponent's race, and then changing it back when the time is up. I guess you need to ask a script master to come out. . . It’s not a small project yet. . . So just become a special effects guy.

*Don't use your energy to kill enemies and get shot. . . Kneel slowly for 80 seconds (╯°□°)╯┻━┻

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
