Stormhammer from Rosenth, who discovered the Lost Cave of Prophecy -

" There is some controversy when it comes to the fourth maiden of the final prophecy. "

The most common belief is that it is the Virgin of Topaz. This virgin is featured in the final battle of the story, wearing orange armor and twin daggers. Other records list her as the Maiden of Tourmaline; different names but still very similar.

Even more mysterious is the fact that recently unearthed texts describing the battle don't mention either of them, instead noting an entirely different person... an Emerald Maiden, a fair-skinned maiden with light green hair and eyes, who speaks a different language than anywhere else in Skyrim, and wears light green armor, and wields two swords that resemble the movements of the wind. "

No one really knows how to make this information, but there was a woman with this description recently, wearing a strange green armor. A Riverwood trader found double katanas in Riverwood.
