Retroactive Necromage

About this mod Machine translation
By making the Necromage stunt retroactive
and permanent abilities that are usually boosted by builds, simplifying Necromage vampire builds.
Are you a role player who wants to try out a Necromage Vampire role, but finds that the sheer effort involved in character planning or skill grinding breaks your immersion? Are you a power balancer who wants to recreate a favorite version of the OP, but has put it off for so long because, frankly, it's becoming increasingly daunting to restore Restoration 70 (and everything else that comes with it) as soon as possible to shut it down? Do you just want to try out a Necromage Vampire build without all the hassle involved with figuring out which perks, which tasks to avoid, and all that other stuff?
Then this is the mod for you! What this MOD does:
It saves players from tedious grinding or careful character planning by allowing Necromage perks to have retroactive effects, as well as permanent abilities normally boosted by Necromage Vampire builds, except for Steady Hand, which simplifies Necromage Vampire builds. Steady hands won't be affected if shot before getting vampires and undead.
Nothing in the DLC is included because as far as I know, nothing in the DLC is suitable for this mod. What this means: There are no new player perks, and there aren't any new abilities hinted at by the Necromage Vampire build as quest rewards. If I'm wrong, please tell me and I'll issue a fix.
How this works:
It runs a script in the background that checks if you have vampire and necromancy spells every five seconds or so. This script keeps the loop going, but the script is small enough that I doubt you'll see any performance hit. Once you have both Vampirism and Necromage, it will check
The abilities and perks you take, if any of them are affected by the Retroactive Necromage build, replace them. This only checks for fully permanent effects; any pre-existing effects from armor, potions, standing stones, etc. will be ignored and you will need to manually reset these effects (such as temporarily switching standing stones or not equipping and re-equipping armor).
Possible questions:
As you probably know, if you have a current version with unofficial patches, this mod won't do anything. In addition to this mod, you will also need to download a mod that undoes the fixes performed by the Unoffical Skyrim Patch.
I recommend the necromage counter fix in necromage counter fix, or in Necromage Change if you don't already have something to undo USKP's necromage fix.
Additionally, this mod does not fix the bug with Steady Hand for Necromage Vampire builds; I'm concerned that "fixing" this perk could lead to unpredictable conflicts with other mods. However, this mod does not retroactively affect Steady Hand 1 and Steady Hand 2, so if you want them, take them off before getting Vampire and Necromage.
Finally, a big thanks to ReDragon2013 and npdogg on the forum for helping me get the hang of it

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
