About this mod Machine translation
When you try to open a door that requires a key, you will receive a message with the name of the key. very simple
When you try to open a door, cabinet, or anything else that requires a key, you will receive a message with the name of the key. If you don't have the key for the object, you won't know it either.
Optional: There are 3 working modes in this mod. You can change them in the console, the command is:
Set RKT_CurrentMode to X
0 = mod is inactive.
1 = Show message (by default).
2 = "Interrupt Locked" mode.
In the last mode, you need a key to break the lock to a lockable level. The minimum level is 80 and the maximum level is 100 (level "master"), but you can change them in the console:
Set RKT_BreakMinLevel to A
Set RKT_BreakMaxLevel to B
The conditions are simple: A>=0, B<=100, A<=B.
If you enter the wrong number, the game will use the default 80 and 100.
warn! The "interrupted lock" mode is very dangerous because you generally cannot open such doors. It may destroy your mission.
Starting with version 1.4, you can change the message type (MessageBox/Notification) obtained through the lock tag. Just "Equip" it in your inventory.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
