About this mod Machine translation

A mod designed to improve the way forging is done to increase difficulty and avoid "forging" in the game. Your armor and weapons will now require the weapons or armor below, as well as more ingots and leather

I've been frustrated with the crafting in this game, the armor is too simple and the weapons are too few, so I decided to make a model on that^^.

What does it add?

This mod adds a few things, here is a small list:

Armor is improved when you create it yourself (now when you want to forge an armor, it will have the suffix "Self made" and will have a 25% higher armor rating than the armor you find under base stats.

(optional) All parts of the armor (helmet, gloves, etc.) now weigh 25, while all types of weapons weigh 32.5, the intention is to reduce the amount of weapons and armor worn by the player to make it a little more immersive. So now you can't have a full set of armor and weapons with your current gear :p (You have to sort your items to bring the best ones to your "home" or sell them, it's your choice

Armor specifically requires lower versions of armor to be forged, here's another list:

 - Hidden==>No armor required, this is the first armor you will create

- Studs ==>Need to be hidden

- Leather ==> Need to stud the breastplate, the rest is hidden

- Iron ==>Requires leather

-Steel ==>Requires iron

After steeling, the armor will need to be lower than the level you unlocked.

I explained that all armor and weapons can be created by unlocking and that you can forge a piece of hidden armor by breaking down armor found in the world to make your own blueprint so you can make it yourself, if you don't you won't be able to craft something so forging is your responsibility to unlock everything.

For example you can't craft leather armor from hidden armor found in the world, you need to craft it yourself, but that's not the case for weapons, even if you find weapons in the world you can craft them without the "self made" suffix, because I think the armor you make yourself fit "fits you" so you're comfortable, but weapons don't need to be personally fit, which is why I did it.

Ever wanted to train yourself? Now you can craft some training parts to improve your blacksmithing level, and you can recycle your training parts, but you will lose some elements, of course :D

New since 1.03: FOMod has been added so you only need to download a folder containing the base mod and patches.

You weren't born holding a hammer, so you obviously don't know how to make weapons yet.

Now you can do that by researching weapons and armor and making blueprints out of paper and charcoal, you will have primitive weapons, but at least you have blueprints to create unlimited weapons :D, each weapon requires some research to allow you to use to create them, and with all the blueprints of a category (for example, iron), you can make a book to help you with inventory management.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
