Realistic teeth plus optional oral reconstruction

A patch designed to be installed on top of expressive facial animations and realistic teeth.

This is done via request and is a patch meant to be installed after Realistic Teeth  as well as expressive facial animations (male/female versions, or the original female facial animations).

First, I want to make sure the user has the correct files in their character's assets/mouth folder, containing the four files that should overwrite the assets in the above mod in order to function correctly. Just like those who happen to install EFA after RT may experience that the teeth will not animate because the new realistic teeth mesh is incompatible with the vanilla mouth mesh based EFA mouthhuman.tri.

One change I made was to add two additional "expression entries" to the female mouth three (MoodFear and CombatShout).

For those who think their player character's tooth position looks off, an optional file can be downloaded to adjust the height of the mouth mesh.

Finally, after trying out realistic tooth models, I decided to put a more realistic mouth back together. My goal was to make it look a little detailed while still being moist/glossy. That one is also available as an optional file download.
