describe
Falmer and Hagravens look more realistic and vivid, with subsurface scattering for skin, environment maps and reflections for eyes, and anisotropic lighting + to highlight hair.
All falmers are included, including wild vampire falmers and Dawnguard's female falmers. Additionally, the female Falmer Circle's gem has been replaced with a new high-poly faceted emerald. Environment mapping and cube mapping are also enabled on the Falmer armor.
Hagravens have new demonic dark eyes, while glenmoril's witches have vanilla-like, reddish-pink eyes. The included esp is used to enable the new skin shader on glenmoril witch.
notes
Compatible with all texture alternatives, including those that modify gems.
Not compatible with any grid replacer
Although the SSS effect is greatly enhanced when using one, this does not require an ENB. SSS effect strength may vary depending on your ENB SSS settings.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
