I've always loved the houses in Skyrim.

One of my priorities while playing the game was to become friends with the Jarls so that I could buy them all.

Do the dragons really need them? Well, who knows, but it would be convenient to have more places to rest while traveling.

But why couldn't he... buy them? Like ordinary citizens? Why can't he have more choices?

On a side note, why so few? I mean, the population has their own, okay, but what if someone comes from outside and wants to move in? Where did they go? Why don't real estate agents just sell more houses without being jarl's besty?

This mode is designed to add more player homes that can be purchased through one of the people (the real estate agent).

Her name is Jaen Gold-Heart, and she recently moved to Skyrim with her family, Hedvar Gold-Heart (her husband) and Lilyn Gold-Heart (their daughter). With the money she had saved, she bought a small plot of land on which to build a modest house, which she is now willing to sell. She is also a seller.

** Note: This mod does not affect vanilla houses. You still need to go through the normal process to get these.

** Note 2: This mod does not allow you to buy other NPC's houses because you want to see the page of RE - Real Estate Continued.

This mod contains some new player homes made by me, old and new family friendly and personal friendly. You just have to choose!

Each house has a name like this: xxxx family yyyy // xxxx simple yyyy. "Family" represents Hearthfire Multiple Adoption compatible houses, while "Easy" represents those who only play solo and cannot bless.

+ All houses come with all crafting stations.

+ All houses have a bed and chests.

+ All houses are in navmesh and lit correctly (...I hope XD).

+ FAMILY houses have 2 to 6 children's beds, read the information to know which ones have how many.

+Some families plant soil outside.

+ Jaen and the Gold-Heart family are just outside Whiterun's stables. They all have custom dialogue, and for the sake of lore, sadly none of them speak yet (go to the subtitles!). Their appearance is almost vanilla as I wanted to keep things as "friendly" as possible. Lily has a very basic and simple task, if you will.

+ Price depends on your presentation skills, just like any normal barter transaction. You can't sell keys, so make sure you get what you want.

Now, with my skills, don't expect a castle. The house is very simple, vanilla and cozy.

Yes, they will be in your game, all of them, even if you only want one: Do you want the other houses to disappear in real life after you buy your own? Just kidding XD, but that's how it feels, making Skyrim look more natural.

This mod runs several scripts, some of which are used for quests. One is key: look at credit.

• Simple Shack at Whiterun: A very small shack located next to Gold-Heart's home. Basic cost 500 septims. Can't bless.
• Simple House at Riverwood: a small farmhouse located on the hill next to the Riverwood Bridge. Base cost 1000 septims. Can't bless.
• Lakeview's Simple Cottage: a small farmhouse adjacent to Half-Moon Mill on the lakeshore. Base cost 1000 septims. Can't bless.
• Markarth's Family House: a small dwemer farm located next to Salvius' Farm in Markarth. Basic cost 1500 septims. Can be blessed, bed for 2 children.
• Windhelm's Family Nest: A medium-sized farmhouse located near Windhelm's Stables. Basic cost 1500 septims. Can be blessed, bed for 2 children.
• Shor's Family Retreat: A medium-sized cottage located near Shor's Watchtower. Basic cost 2500 septims. Can be blessed, bed for 6 children.
