What this mod does:

This mod takes all the Skaven creatures created by Buffscale McThundertail and Haishao and adds them to a leveled list so you can encounter them in the wild. These creatures are based on Warhammer Fantasy. You'll find Skaven archers, ogres, peons, riders, assassins, Globadiers and leaders. They accordingly wore armor and carried weapons.

Where can I find them:

Skaven Riders will appear in the hills, mountains, and plains surrounding Whiterun.

Skaven Ogres appear in most places, but they are more common in the Marshlands.

All other Skaven appear in all but the cooler areas of the game.

Also note that Skaven Spawning does not start until level 10. If you can't find something, make sure you're level 10 and not in a cold climate, just be patient. You'll eventually find some.

V1.1 minor update

Some people complain that Skaven is too rare. Some people want them in dungeons. This update hopes to please those people. Skaven spawning should be increased slightly, but not too much so that you can get them everywhere. Fixed Skaven spawning in plains areas and should now work properly.

Dungeon Skaven is a thing now, but I haven't replaced Draugr, Falmer, Bandits, etc. with Skaven. Misc "nasty" creatures such as Skeevers, Spiders, Trolls will appear in the dungeon. You now also have a chance to own a Skaven. …You might find out a lot more against Falmer.
