About this mod Machine translation

Have you ever seen a pumpkin? Then you probably know what it's like to find this adorable creature that just wants to follow you to a location. Making this mod can change this inconvenience.

describe:

Pumpkin is a unique pet fox in Southfringe Sanctum. The pumpkin appears to be the pet of one of the Spells, and they hide in the cave. If you open the cage, the fox will follow you regardless of whether it becomes your follower or not. To make Pumpkin your follower, just talk to him.

Pumpkins have the same command pack as the usual animal followers. However, as you will find out later, he is not the usual fox and will help you even in battles with dragons. I made him vital and increased his stats so don't worry about killing him immediately.

Install:

Use NMM or drag and drop anything from the archive into the Skyrim folder.

Nerd stats:

Starting health: 50. Life regeneration: 15/second. Allows health to be regenerated during combat.

Start with stamina 60. Stamina recovery: 15/second.

Sneak attack increases 40 points compared to the normal fox's 15 points (although he won't affect player detection anyway)

Modified damage so he's at least useful in combat. (12 points compared to 8 points for a regular canine companion)

Pumpkin will not respawn if you manage to kill him (why in the world), as he is a unique character.

Carrying weight: 50. (I honestly don't know why I added it in the first place)

Pumpkins will level up with players from level 1 to level 60. However, his level is always half that of that player.

As you all know, I had to remove the original Necromancer faction to avoid being aggressive in towns or not being hostile to enemies.

Added a sandbox so pumpkins can hang around and lie down near players. (may or may not)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
