The author's introduction is really too long~~ and it's full of many background stories about his creation, so I'll just give it a brief introduction here.
You can see this small camp after crossing the bridge in the direction of Rift City in Ivarstead/Yewwood Town. There is a very large original-style player house (strong Mountain King style). Many lights in it can be interacted with. There are 3 NPCs, one is a female orc blacksmith, one is a blind dark elf mage and businessman, and Haiyou is a proud horse that cannot be ridden (I don’t know what its use is). They all have their own houses.
There are many static things in the player's house, and there are many weapon racks, but there are no models, because the author thinks the models are scary~~ Except for the trash cans at the door and the drinking water station, they are all safely stored.

MO or NMM or domineering loss of data (note that this MOD has the original weather and the COT Tamriel weather version. I only provide the COT version. After all, such an excellent weather MOD is a must-install, okay. In fact, I can’t get the Chinese dictionary of the original weather... If you need it, please reply and I will send another original weather version)
- Epatoria (a small village in the Snowman Plain east of the town of Loristed/Lorik) Author: tschutschi N website address
introduce
This adds a small village to the tundra near the town of Loristed/Loric and some new NPCs should live in certain areas. Version 1.1 introduced a simple player house and a female follower: Kalinda.
The village is small but has everything an adventurer might need:
§Blacksmith (sells things 9-21h)
§ Farmer Old Grumpy and Not-So-Grumpy People
§Functional Hotel* (Selling things 10-24h)
§Street food merchants (selling things 8-19h)
(§The guard on duty at the watchtower is quite nervous, so you'd better not ignore his warning and walk to the tower)
§Epatoria Mansion (player’s home)
The base should work, but I'm still having some trouble with CK. In future updates I hope to resolve these issues and expand the village further. The first thing on the list besides bug fixes is a new unique player house.
She can use a bow very well...
What more can you tell her? Went to check on her in the hotel.
[Location]
Walking east from the town of Loristed/Lorik through the tundra, you shouldn’t miss it.
[Compatibility]
Should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the exact space. You can have some problems using skyrim monsters or similar and some creatures may spawn close to the village and kill some people
(None of them are necessary).
[Known issues and bugs] *
§ Floor texture flickering in Noemi’s basement
§The innkeeper won’t take you to your room, but she should
§I did experience some lag issues in my village. I don't know how my mod caused so much trouble.
§ I don’t know that there seems to be a lot of NPC fine work in customizing hair. When I change a character and add some hair, it sometimes just keeps the default hair, although it shows the newly equipped hair in CK. The result is that several NPCs have exactly the same hair:
[what's new? ]
V1.1:
Epatoria now has a (simple) player house!
- Kalinda is just a hired worker. She is now a functional follower who specializes in archery.
-Navigation fixation should be completely outdoors.
-The blacksmith has several upgrades: smelter, grinding wheel and anvil.
-The village is now safer as two Imperial soldiers patrol from the camp and near the city.
V1.01:
Inn revision (Navmesh, flashing lights and textures)
-Factory lighting revision
[permission]
Free to use, but let me know :)

The author did not mention any special compatibility issues (LZ often refreshes some strange NPCs near the blacksmith furnace of this MOD and does not …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
