Original, amazing mod: https:

//www..com/skyrim/mods/21120These changes are all weapon and armor repair reworks - true to the Orchish and Daedric versions.``

Heavy Armory is a great mod that must be used for me. There are little things about it on an immersive/seamless level that just don't fit what I'm looking for in Skyrim. Over time, I barely tweaked it to my liking. I thought I'd upload this ESP (original HA requirement) in case anyone might like it.

Some weapon types have poor base game animations. For example, it's embarrassing to me to see a bunch of Imperials or anyone throwing short spears left and right. I also noticed that some of the stats and values didn't quite match up with the rest of the stats (real orcs and bloodline of course).

Change by type:

I removed the short spear because the animation just looked weird for one hand and they just looked weird. The standard spear is kept because the animation doesn't look weird when treated with 2, especially since the model is very blade-like.

I removed the "Trident" as it seemed like an odd weapon to use outside of military form, and there are 2 wielding weapons that are supposed to be punching.

The ax dealt damage to the sword at greater speed and lighter weight, but had slightly shorter range. Now, they're actually a step up from daggers and have less range, less damage, and less weight than swords because if you were using a real axe, there wouldn't be much of them. I would have liked to give them the benefits and perks of daggers to add more options for stealth folks since they are the next smallest weapon in the game, but that's beyond my reach. Pricing is somewhere between a dagger and a dagger, not sure what factor I'm using, I think +50% off the dagger.

The dagger was originally faster, but some swords had higher damage levels, so I adjusted it to have 1 less damage (or 2, depending on the level), 1.1 speed instead of 1.15, and 1 or 2 less weight for a bit of a boost. $-20% Sword

The mole seems bigger than the mace3. I did 2 but reduced the weight so their differences were less extreme. $ +20% Mace.

Essentially, the club is basically worse than anything, but I like the idea of a barbarian style character being viable, so they're like swords, reachable, +1 weight, cheap (2x Dagger$) and going to use a faster mace replacement. Nothing special because I mean, come on, they're a club -_-

The spear has good coverage on the mesh (1.75), so I made it 1.5, heavier than the heavy G. sword. I picked up speed due to the lightness, damage from the fall, and weight. Since they're both closed, it sounds like a good mobile weapon. There are no aggressive animations, but I've always found that swinging a spear with two hands doesn't look unusual. Many of them also look more like blades, similar to knife blades.

The Glaive is like a spear, but now somewhere between a spear and a greatsword.

The Quarterstaves haven't changed much, they're a bit cheaper (1/2 Gsword) and speed up (which is a great..), down to ta. Pinch (It's a stick.). It seems like it's supposed to be the least combat-friendly 2H weapon, like a mage, that doesn't bother with shields, but is just designed to spam enchantments down quickly.

The halberd hasn't changed much. They are an ax between the Gsword and the B. Axe, with a little extra reach to compensate.

Basically, the Longhammer is just a lighter option to the Warhammer.

Removed safeguard weapon variants as they looked oddly out of place and weren't as hot as other mod gear.

I also specifically removed Nordic Halberd because it's not as high quality as the rest of the module (IMO).

The Skyforge variants were also removed as I used model replacers so they didn't fit at all.

This is just an ESP replacement. You need the original mod. After installing this program you will need to bash or smash again.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
