Prancin's CaN Pony Event

Added 4 new races (Aricon, Earth, Pegasus and Unicorn) in the pony race against nature crimes.

All three races:

Celestia's Blessing: A deity from a faraway land that no one in Tamriel, maybe not even you, knows exists. Even if you still don't know it, the blood in your veins links you to that location. 30% resistance to fire and fire-based spells makes Magicka 25% less expensive only during daylight hours and not during Sundas, which makes her day.

Luna's Blessing: Same as above, except she basically never takes a break. Grants you 30% frost resistance, and frost-based spells cost 25% less Magicka at night or if you have the Rest/Rest/Love Comfort stat.
