About this mod Machine translation
A toolkit for building your own male and female custom followers and NPCs
This kit contains the components needed to build your own NON beast race custom minions and NPCs.
This tool is included in the kit and is not recommended for New Modders, but for more experienced modders. CBBE
and UNP
Female mesh with Demoniac skin texture.
See the screenshots for examples of NPCs made with this toolkit, all created in the same plugin. These NPCs were all made using this kit and are part of my new Hold mod Valhalla.
Do not use Mod Manager to install this resource!
deal with:
- Create a temp folder on your desktop and extract it into it
- Rename the Mighty Followers folder to the name of your mod
- Go to the grid and rename the Follower Name folder to the name of your mod, do the same in the Textures folder
- Delete any mesh and texture folders you don't need. For example, if you want male followers to delete female resources, etc. If you are making a set of NPCs for a town mod, you may want to use all of these resources.
5.Reset the path of each mesh to point to the provided texture. Add any custom hairnets and desired textures to the provided folder, then re-path the mesh. 6. Copy and paste the "Data" folder into your Skyrim folder and merge it when asked.
- Open the CK plug-in. 8. Type 000 in the Object Window Filter and press ALL.
9.Set the required records to point to the new grid.
- If you want to use custom armor and weapons, add them to the provided folder, reset the path grid, and set the record in CK. Changed stats in armor and weapon records to desired stats. Default weapons and armor are steel.
- Change the editor ID of the 000MaleFollower or 000FemaleFollower NPC record to reflect the follower or NPC name.
- Create Facegen in the Chargen tab (not both tabs) and change any part of the record that points to the beginning of 000
- To create multiple NPCs, just copy the 000 Npc record, copy the hair record, add the hair and textures to the correct location in the folder. To change a hairline in Chargen, simply drag the new hairline from the Head menu to the follower record in the Other Heads box. Change the hair to new hair in the drop-down menu. For example, copy and name the new hair/hairline record
00114. CTRL+F4 generates Facegen when the NPC looks the way you want. If you want to release the mod, make sure to include the Facegen meshes and textures from the Data Folder in the mod.
Note from LE mod makers: While Racemenu Facegen can be used via Nif Merge, it is not required for this kit.
Make sure resources are attributed to the appropriate people. I don't want or want any kind of credit. I'm not creating anything special here, I'm just putting together a process that I decided to share for my own use.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
