About this mod Machine translation
Adds new merchants to every city fortress, including Raven Rock from the Dragonborn DLC
Playing a character without any alchemy investment will only find that each alchemist will sell you a bunch of useless strengthening potions and poisons instead of the all-important healing potions you actually need. They must hate Dragonborn so much that they usually give players above level 70 a potion of a small amount of healing. In My wrath, their houses were burned down by My breath of fire. I need new traders to make up for the losses.
This mod adds a total of 10 merchants who sell 100 potions per floor in City Fortress and Raven Rock. (Including a potion that instantly restores 3 attributes) They all look the same and don't have specific names. They are all called potion caravans and they sell potions 24 hours a day. They sometimes wander around and relax, but don't wander far.
Location:
1.Whiterun: Dragonsreach 2nd floor (available
Overlooking the hall) 2.Falkfath: Near the wood factory (near the cutting board)
3 Markarth: Understone Guard (on the stairs before meeting Jarl)
- Solitude: Devines of Devines (turn right before the altar)
5 Morning Star: Behind the House of Silus Vesuius (Demon Mission)
- Mosal City: On the road in front of Thonnir House (near Morshid Store)
7 Winter: Inside a Raging House
8 Windhelm: The Kitchen in the King's Palace (in
(Near Ulfric's throne) 9. Rift: Cemetery (secret entrance to the Thieves' Guild)
- Crow Rock: Somewhere near the docks
They are set up to be essential so they cannot die. If they become hostile to you in some way, a basic calming spell or calming roll should bring them back to normal, as I set them to LV3.
They also sell some cooked food and desserts, including those from the Hearthfire DLC. What bothered me was that they even the food vendors and innkeepers refused to sell what seemed to be basic food and sweets.
"It's ridiculous that in this city you can't get good sweets," said Jarl Balgruuf's daughter Dagny.
Made by CK using only vanilla assets when I'm triggered by Alchemist. The businesses look the same because I'm not good at making cute faces.
The DLC is required as they sell Hearthfire's food and Dragonborn and Dawnguard's potions.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
