Install:
Unzip the file after downloading. Then copy the "mesh" folder to the "data" folder in the skyrim directory. Then view the picture and select the pose you like and copy "mt_idle.hkx" from the folder with the same name as the picture to "meshes\actors\character\animations\female (or male)"
