B1gBadDaddy, the author of Skyrim Hunting B1gBadDaddy brings you a portable arrow crafting tool that allows players to craft arrows anywhere in the world using the Arrow Crafting Kit.
You can craft the kit at the blacksmith's forge or find it at the Hunter's Rest on the table inside the shed. Then you just activate it in your inventory. Simple! It even has a nice animation.
