For Pluviophiles in Skyrim, Rainmaker offers an immersive way to make rainfall.

As you progress as a Rainmaker, you'll also gain some additional benefits, making you light and comfortable in the rain.

You are the Rainmaker. You can pray for rain.

As you progress as a Rainmaker, you will also gain Rainmaker perks.

To get started, go outside and use Pray for Rain power. Wait until it starts raining. As you continue to pray, the rain will get heavier. When you complete the prayer (move or jump to completion), you will become a novice Rainmaker. You will receive the first Rainmaker perk from the three base perks.

When you get another rain, you'll get more perks and reach a higher level.

The higher your Rainmaker level, the stronger the effects of Rainmaker perks.
