About this mod Machine translation
Adds a custom player home near Whiterun with 4 merchants and an immortal horse
This mod features a custom re-textured interior, adding a custom player home to the game. The whole point of this mod is that I made the house so I could have somewhere to do a video review of the "standalone follower" I made, and somewhere to take screenshots. I originally made it for myself on the Special Edition, but as it became final I took it to the Legendary Edition as well. Please note that I made this mod for myself, myself and my YouTube sponsors and Patreons. I decided to share it with you all because I am a hell of a sucker for people like this.
I used this process to properly cut down the external navmesh that JennCave discovered for this mod. If you want to know what to do, click here
The house provides you with four fully functional merchants and the immortal Mare Nut. Think he's Duncan McLeod's horse. Lots of secure storage and other containers with auto-refresh scripts that replace inventory every 20 game hours.
The basement part of the Studio has room for 10 followers (actually in the same unit), and by using a module like "My Home Is Your Home" (I think "Amazing Follower Tweaks" does the same thing) you can bring followers into the basement and assign them to live there. This player is not suitable for "Hearthfire Adoption"! No, I don’t want kids running around the studio while filming Entourage Reviews.

I can't believe this is still an issue! But yes, you need all the DLC to use this feature

Information about compatibility issues:
This mod will most likely conflict between anything that will change Wilderness units -2, -4.
If you have any mods that modify the contents of the Riverwood Traders inventory, please make sure to place these. before this mod in your load order
No. I won't make patches for other people's mods because I most likely don't use those mods. If you want to make your patch your own way, you'll have peace of mind when encountering conflicts. If you send me this situation I will post it to this page, but I won't go out of my way to search for all the different mods and install them just to check if there are any compatibility issues. Others don't make their mods compatible with mine, so don't worry if my mod isn't compatible with theirs.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
