This mod is a merger (and significant improvement) of my mods (with also new creatures: new house cats, wolf pups, thylacines, maned wolves...):
Repopulate Skyrim with Dogs
Kara's Felines
Repopulate with Skyrim House Cats (version 3.1 only)
Warning: If you have The Manor of the Pets installed, you must uninstall these mods
The estate is located West of Whiterun (view screen). Prioritize the animal's movements and keep decorations to a minimum! (There are no stairs between floors, instead there are "elevators")
IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) If you want the same decorative manor, you have the Jokerine mod Watersong Manor
- If you don't like "Silly Dogs" ("vanilla" review!) you have this mod: No More Silly Dogs Review by TheWinterhawk Animal Swarms with Scrolls... Repopulate Skyrim with Wild Animals! This mod adds the ability to quickly create hordes of animals (5, 15, 50, 100... more?... watch your computer freeze!) To get these 44 animals, just buy the scrolls found in KARA. manor. Now open your inventory, navigate to "Scroll" and there they are. Throw them away and when they hit the ground they hatch into animals...
You can buy some merchant's scrolls in Whiterun (Merchant: Belethor of General Goods, Elrindir of Drunken Huntsman, Carlotta, Cauldron of Arcadia, Anoriath, Hulda of Bannered Mare) and Riverwood (Merchant: Lucan Valerius, Orgnar of Sleeping Giant Inn). To find the scrolls in Merchants, you must select the mod you want to purchase and place it at the bottom of the list when you launch the game.
The scrolls are also in a hidden chest in the manor...
ARMIES - MOUNTS - Bring books with you...
You can find 29 "Spell tome XXXX" chests with KARA, SARISH, RIKA and DAR'KHAT-DO (in the manor)
You can easily give up when you want another 3 "Spell Tome: Dismiss XXX"
You can put the following settings into your Skyrim.ini (Users/My Files/My Games/Skyrim) (you can copy/paste the following):
[camera]
fVanityModeMaxDist = 2000.0000
fVanityModeMinDist = 10.0000
fMouseWheelZoomMinDelta = 0.0050
fMouseWheelZoomSpeed = 0.8000
fMouseWheelZoomIncrement = 0.01
fMinCurrentZoom = 0.001
These settings allow you to correctly view all mounts, regardless of whether your character is armed or not a companion (House Cats and a Wolf)
You can only have one follower at a time: if you want a different follower (in my other modes), you need to dismiss the first follower before recruiting.
If telling the follower to return home (with the message: "Your companion comes home") doesn't fire him, or if you lose the active follower, you can try this: enter
"²" or "`" or "~" key into the console and type:
Set playeranimalcount to 0
Using Amazing Follower Tweaks, or other mods with followers, if you have problems firing followers, you can uncheck this mode (AFT or other) in the data file when launching the game
You can also enter/exit a house or fast travel if there is a problem with the follower/companion's dialog (Wait - Follow - Trade - Preferences - Dismissal)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
