Recolor local map to paper.
This is a basic recolor of the local map to better match any paper world map mods you may have installed.
Images were taken using paper versions of A Quality World Map and Rampage ENB. Note that while some ENBs will tint the world map, the local map will not be affected.
Requirements and compatibility:
Requires SkyUI.
Mods that change the appearance of SkyUI, such as SkyUI-Away, will run with my mod as long as it is loaded afterwards. However, any changes they make to the map screen will revert to SkyUI defaults. May cause graphical weirdness in UI menus.
Local maps are stored in the same file as map markers, so this mod is not compatible with most map marker mods (flat map markers and pastel map markers have confirmed compatibility so far).
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
