About this mod Machine translation
Gives Livtempleton's Kaidan a new look while staying true to the original character.
about
Simple alternative to Livtempleton's Kaidan. When I uploaded the Lucien replacement, I received a request to do this and the author was kind enough to allow me to do it. I took some inspiration from my childhood (now and let's face it) crush on Mulan's Li Shang - but I tried not to stray too far from Kaidan's original look so that it still felt like him.
This mod has two files.
All I edited in the main file was the head mesh, nothing else was touched. This means Kaidan looks just like he is already in your game, but with a slightly different facial structure.
Optional file fixes Kaidan's transparent hair that some users were getting with the original mod. No master file is required.
special version
Installation and requirements
Install using the Mod Manager of your choice, or manually extract the contents into the Data folder. Requires Kaidan 2 and its requirements.
Remember to install it after the main module, otherwise it will be overwritten! Keep in mind that optional files are only compatible with version 1.1 of the original mod.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
