About this mod Machine translation
Just write "showracemenu" in the console and select Saitama race (there is HDT version, you need HDT Physics Extension mod). I found some history about Saitama on Wiki ^-^

Jade is the protagonist of One Punch Man and by far the most powerful hero in the series. Jade faces a self-imposed existential crisis because he is now too powerful to derive any thrill from his actions.
Initially just a fun hero, he later joined the Hero Association as a professional hero, currently B-class level 7, and defended his home in Z-City from mysterious creatures. Under the leadership of the Heroes Association, he was named Caped Baldy.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
