Old Oak Nest is a home with all the crafting/cooking/alchemy facilities etc. Mainly designed for the Dovahkiin, maybe their spouses, but there is something about this place that makes the bed for the entourage. There is no required plugin, but the Hot Springs Hideout houses this which may conflict with it.
