Old Herodan

The mesh is new, but the textures are from "solitude". Therefore, every texture overhaul that affects Solitude will affect this mod. I used Noble Skyrim for the screenshots. Although the worship of Talos may have been outlawed, he remains a revered man in the Empire. The town now has a statue commemorating his victory.
