Octavia is half of the vampire spell here based on my preset, composed of IndolentCat. She can be found by entering Haemar's Shame, if unsure, follow Barbas. She uses her own drainage spell, and has a special one-handed weapon from which she can also drain, with weapon animation enchantments. She sometimes bites people and transforms into a bat when she is in poor health.

There are two versions, one with military paint and one without.
