NPC改头换面

About this mod Machine translation
This mod removes all scars, wrinkles, dirt and makeup from all named female NPCs in Skyrim LE
Elderly, children, Agong and Khakit remain unchanged.
Only vanilla assets can be touched by changing the color mask interpolation, removing scarred areas or swapping skin tones.
Facegen has been re-exported for all characters. ESP should only make scars disappear.
To install, select BSA version or Permissive version. To install the loose version, simply place the contents of the makeover folder from 7z of your choice into the Skyrim data folder, start the game, check esp (or not) and it's ready to go.
To install the BSA version, just drop the bsa and esp into the skyrim data folder, launch the game, tick the esp, and enjoy. There are no top level folders in this 7z.
Since it makes older women appear 30 years younger, I assigned it an unkind label.
If this mod isn't the best choice for you, please politely move on.
Due to the number of NPCs to touch (approximately 280), I did not include images. Conflicts with other beautification tools may arise and are left to the downloader to resolve.
I recommend that you put any mods that touch the same NPCs (especially followers) higher in your load order. This includes Serana/Valerica as well as common vanilla minions such as Lydia and other family carls.
Recommended for use with HHaley's "Fair Skin" texture. Personally I also use RaceMenu and UUNP.
To manually uninstall the loose version of the mod, delete the following files and folders from the Skyrim Data folder:
makeover.esp
meshes/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom/Skyrim.esm
meshes/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom/Dawnguard.esm
meshes/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom/Dragonborn.esm
meshes/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom/Hearthfires.esm
textures/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceTint/Skyrim.esm
textures/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceTint/Dawnguard.esm
textures/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceTint/Dragonborn.esm
textures/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceTint/Hearthfires.esm
To uninstall the bsa version, simply delete bsa and esp from the skyrim data folder.
There are no scripts in either case, so while a cleanup cleaner isn't required, it probably isn't.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
