About this mod Machine translation
zzjay and GraceDarklings' maid outfits are recreated in detail, inspired by Norwegian folk costumes and Viking Age women's clothing.
This is a reimagining of zzjay and GraceDarkling's adorable maid outfit that requires the use of their master files to work.
The clothes can then be purchased in Lonely Radiance.
All textures in this pack feature unique embroidery and other embellishments for even more variety. Dresses labeled "Old" look like Viking Age dresses, while others are based on Norway's national costume, the "bunad." These Buna clothes aren't strictly lore, as Skyrim is largely based on the Viking Age and the first Buna people appeared in the 1600s, but given that Skyrim's vanilla peasant clothing looks more like the Renaissance than the actual Viking Age, it's not that far off.
I didn't edit the normal map in any way, so in some variations you might notice some weird shadowing if you're standing in very bright light, but it's not noticeable in normal light.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
