If you're like me and were disappointed with vanilla Chaurus, this mod is for you. This mod replaces the vanilla Chaurus skeleton with a new custom skeleton designed to give Skyrim's Chaurus a nightmarish appearance. I worked within the confines of the vanilla mesh, enlarging the limbs, skull, tail, and making some subtle changes to the Chaurus. The result is a nightmarish Chaurus that will terrify those who delve into the depths of Skyrim. This affects all Chaurus in Skyrim.

[[MOD COMPATIBILITY]] Nightmare Chaurus uses a custom skeleton of vanilla Chaurus and will override any mods that change the skeleton of vanilla Chaurus. Mods that make radical changes to the vanilla skeleton (such as "Realistic Ragdoll and Force") will be compatible, as long as "Nightmare Chaurus" is installed after these mods and overwrites its files. Should be fully compatible with any texture mod as this mod does not contain any textures, it is just a skeleton. This also makes it compatible with most other mob mods that don't edit the vanilla skeleton. [[[Installation]]]Recommend using Mod Manager or your favorite mod manager.
