The following are specific instructions and precautions (important!):

• Requires level 25 or above.

• You need to complete the task of killing the spider Nimhe given by Rika Saimo in the Stone Fortress of Markarth City (turn left after entering the door).

Finished "Nimhe, the Poisoned One" quest for Calcelmo (Available at any level)

• You need to accept the mission of the demon Peryite to kill Ochendo (you don’t need to complete it, just to enter Bthardamz).

Accepted to Kill Orchendor from Peryite in the "The Only Cure" Daedric quest to have access to  Bthardamz. (Available around level 10+)

• After you meet the above three requirements, a messenger will deliver a letter to you in the town, and the task will be triggered immediately. You'll get a courier in one of the towns. Be patient. He has to run to you. Some of the towns have a shorter distance for him to run. If you're impatient, try Whiterun in town or Dawnstar. You must go into then leave a building after having completed all the above pre-requisites.

• This MOD conflicts with the MOD that increases the pride of lions. It is recommended to check off the lions MOD when playing. (The Lions MOD also conflicts with another Ghost Sea MOD that I have translated into Chinese!!)
